This form is for requesting a Transfer of Service on properties within our District. The following entities must complete and submit this form:
- Title companies ordering a final invoice OR requesting status on a property
- Tenants leaving a property
- Landlords requesting transfer of service into a new tenant’s name.
The District transfer fee is $150; please note there may also be unpaid water service charges owed on the account.
