Fee Charged for Documents Request:
The first hour of document retrieval is free. If we expect your request to take more than this, we will provide an estimate prior to retrieving your records.
In the event more than 1 hour is required (this is generally rare, but is required in some cases), fees will be incurred. Document retrievals are charged at $30.00/hour after the first hour. Please pay any fees due by using Zelle on our Online Payments page or work with our office to send a check. If you are unsure of the amount due, call the office at (800) 544-9903 or send an email.
